📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the strategic planning and development of our healthcare network, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Lead and coordinate the operations of our hospitals and clinics, including patient care, resource management, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve the efficiency, quality, and accessibility of healthcare services in the Bangka Belitung Islands.
• Collaborate with medical staff, administrators, and local government partners to drive continuous improvement and address the evolving needs of the community.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within the healthcare network.
• Represent the organization in external stakeholder engagements and industry events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare management, with a proven track record in leading and developing healthcare networks.
• Certification in Healthcare Management (CHM) or a similar credential is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices in Indonesia.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using healthcare management software and tools, such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems.
• Familiarity with the healthcare landscape in the Bangka Belitung Islands and a commitment to serving the community.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
