📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily inventory operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials
• Manage inventory systems and software, such as SAP or Oracle, to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to maintain accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies
• Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs
• Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures
• Monitor inventory turnover rates and work with production teams to ensure timely replenishment
• Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management best practices
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory processes and efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management or a related role
• Proven experience with inventory management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Strong knowledge of inventory control policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency
