📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of interior fit-out projects.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contracts.
• Provide support in the development of project proposals and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior fit-out and construction projects.
• Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
• Strong knowledge of construction management software, such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Professional certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
