📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting comprehensive market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and trends.
• Collaborating with the development team to evaluate potential projects and properties.
• Preparing detailed reports and presentations to support investment decisions.
• Analyzing financial data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations.
• Assisting in the preparation of investment proposals and feasibility studies.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key industry stakeholders and clients.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in real estate and hospitality.
• Providing support to the Manager, Investment & Research in all aspects of the role.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment analysis, market research, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with real estate investment analysis tools and software, such as Capital IQ, Bloomberg, or similar.
• Strong understanding of the real estate and hospitality industry in Bali, including local market trends and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
