📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of students and the goals of Bimbel One Learning Center.
• Coordinate with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure a supportive and engaging learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and students.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other educational events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote educational programs and attract new students.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of curriculum materials.
• Provide professional development opportunities for teachers and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in education coordination or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of educational theories and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using educational software such as Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
• Certification in educational leadership or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
