📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Manage and optimize invoice processing, collections, and cash application
• Lead process improvement initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial or accounting position
• Strong knowledge of SAP or Oracle ERP systems
• Certification in financial processes or a related field is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
