📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production processes
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues
• Monitor and maintain production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, applying new technologies and tools to improve manufacturing processes
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Provide technical support and training to production teams

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role
• Proven experience with manufacturing software such as ERP systems, MES, or PLM tools
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
• Certification in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
