📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the daily operations of the villa, including scheduling and coordinating activities for guests.
• Provide exceptional hospitality services, ensuring that all guest needs are met with the utmost care and professionalism.
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the villa, including coordinating with service providers as needed.
• Plan and execute special events and activities for guests, ensuring that every detail is perfect.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion, respecting the privacy of our clients.
• Work closely with the villa management team to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with the preparation and service of meals, ensuring that the dining experience is memorable.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hospitality or butler role, preferably in a villa or high-end residential setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and staff.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, as well as local language skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with luxury service standards and protocols, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a vehicle for transportation purposes.
