📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Promote products and services to customers during events.
- Engage with attendees and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces.
- Collect feedback and provide reports on event performance.
- Work collaboratively with event staff and clients to ensure event success.
- Uphold the company's brand values and standards.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with event management software such as Eventbrite or Bizzabo.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
