Desk Collection Specialist - Customer Service & Call Center

AdaPundi is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Desk Collection Specialist to join our dynamic Customer Service & Call Center team in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing overdue accounts, ensuring timely payments, and resolving customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. As a Desk Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for handling collections, verifying customer information, and following up on overdue payments. You will use our in-house CRM system, Salesforce, and our call center software, Five9, to manage customer interactions and track collection progress. This role requires a strong understanding of collection processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet daily targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage overdue accounts and follow up on payments to ensure timely collections.
• Verify customer information and resolve inquiries related to overdue payments.
• Use Salesforce and Five9 to manage customer interactions and track collection progress.
• Document all collection activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service team to address customer concerns and resolve issues.
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
• Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve collection processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or customer service, preferably in the financial or telecommunication industry.
• Strong understanding of collection processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and Five9.
• Certification in collections or customer service is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
