📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs and initiatives that align with Erajaya's strategic objectives.
• Create and maintain learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and presentations using tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Microsoft Teams.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify training needs and develop solutions.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars, both in-person and virtually.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of learning and development.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Erajaya's Talent Pool strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on training program design and delivery.
• Certification in instructional design (e.g., ATD Certified Professional, eLearning Guild Certified Professional) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
