📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job advertising to onboarding, using BambooHR.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees.
• Collaborate with managers to develop and implement HR strategies.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team in any other duties as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software like BambooHR and Google Workspace.
