📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and create stunning floral arrangements and bouquets
• Develop innovative and creative floral designs to meet client requirements
• Manage and maintain our accounting records, including invoicing, payroll, and financial reporting
• Oversee our purchasing operations, ensuring that we have the necessary materials and supplies to meet our clients' needs
• Coordinate and manage our logistics operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and delivery scheduling
• Collaborate with our team to ensure that our business operations run smoothly and efficiently
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the floral and design industries
• Assist in the development and implementation of our business strategy and growth plans

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the floral and design industry
• A strong portfolio of work demonstrating your skills and creativity
• Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP
• Experience with purchasing and logistics management, including inventory control and order fulfillment
• A strong understanding of business operations and a commitment to operational efficiency
• A passion for creativity and a desire to bring your unique vision to life
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a team
• A flexible and adaptable attitude, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
