📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and create 3D models and patterns for footwear designs using industry-leading software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Rhino, and ZBrush.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure that all designs meet the company's quality standards and align with the brand's vision.
• Work closely with engineers and manufacturers to ensure that the designs are feasible and can be produced efficiently.
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the footwear industry.
• Present and pitch design concepts to the team and stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary improvements.
• Ensure that all designs are optimized for production, including considering factors such as material usage, cost, and lead time.
• Create technical drawings and specifications to guide the manufacturing process.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows within the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D footwear and pattern design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D modeling tools such as Rhino or ZBrush.
• Strong understanding of footwear construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
