📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Apply and maintain paint finishes on aircraft, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Use various painting tools and equipment, including sanders, spray guns, and brushes, to achieve high-quality finishes.
• Prepare and clean aircraft surfaces for painting, including removing old paint and corrosion.
• Inspect and repair any defects or imperfections in the paintwork.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in regular maintenance checks and quality assurance processes.
• Maintain accurate records of painting activities and inspections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in aircraft painting or a related field.
• Proven experience with aircraft painting tools and techniques, including sanding, masking, and spraying.
• Knowledge of aircraft painting standards and regulations, such as those set by the FAA or EASA.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with basic maintenance and repair techniques for aircraft.
• Valid certification in aircraft painting or a related field, such as the FAA Airframe Certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
