📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of dam systems, including monitoring water levels, structural integrity, and equipment performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential risks and implement preventive measures.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective response to emergencies.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols to optimize dam performance and longevity.
• Monitor environmental impact and compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members on dam operations and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with government agencies and external partners to address water resource management issues.
• Prepare and present regular reports on dam performance, maintenance activities, and safety measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in dam management, operations, or maintenance.
• Proficiency in using dam management software such as DamView, AquaCalc, or similar tools.
• Certification in dam safety, such as the International Commission on Large Dams (ICOLD) or similar.
• Strong knowledge of water resource management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions under pressure.
