📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert advice on insurance and financial products to clients in Kalimantan and Sulawesi, Eastern Indonesia.
Assist clients in selecting and purchasing insurance and financial products that meet their unique needs.
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
Utilize SAP and Salesforce to manage client data, track sales, and generate reports.
Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Allianz products and services in the region.
Ensure compliance with Allianz policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, insurance, or a related field.
Certification in financial planning or insurance (e.g., CFP, CIP, or equivalent) is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficient in using SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with the insurance and financial products offered by Allianz is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
