📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of testers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.,Develop and implement effective testing strategies and methodologies.,Identify and resolve software defects and issues to ensure the reliability and performance of our products.,Collaborate with development teams to ensure that testing is integrated into the software development lifecycle.,Monitor and report on the quality of our software products to stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in software testing.,Participate in the design and development of new financial products and services.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on banking and financial services.,Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.,Experience in leading and mentoring a team of testers.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Deep understanding of the banking and financial services industry.,Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.,Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CTFL) are a plus.
