📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.,Address employee concerns and conflicts, working towards resolution and prevention.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve workplace conditions.,Enhance customer experience by understanding and addressing their needs and concerns.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.,Organize and participate in team-building activities to strengthen relationships and morale.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in employee relations and customer experience.,Report and analyze employee and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee relations or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving employee and customer satisfaction.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
