📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with the hiring manager to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidates are selected.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to the management team.,Stay up-to-date with best practices in recruitment and continuously improve recruitment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian job market is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
