📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.,Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Maintaining a strong network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
