As a Plasma Partnership Assistant, you will be at the heart of our community development initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local farmers and community leaders.
• Implement and monitor community development programs.
• Provide training and support to farmers on best practices in sustainable agriculture.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure program objectives are met.
• Manage and analyze data using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Attend and participate in regular team meetings and workshops.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in community development or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
