Pro Moon Lestari is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Technical Writer to join our team in Madiun. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation that supports our products and services. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner will be crucial to the success of this position.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.

Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical content.

Develop and implement technical writing best practices and standards.

Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

Provide training and mentorship to junior technical writers.

Contribute to the development of our technical writing tools and processes.

Assist in the development of marketing and sales materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing.

Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Experience with technical documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.

Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
