📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability.,Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Lead and supervise a team of tax professionals.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.,Conduct audits and investigations to identify and resolve tax issues.,Provide tax advice and guidance to internal stakeholders.,Stay updated with the latest tax laws and regulations.,Manage and oversee the tax department's budget and resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax-related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent).,Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
