ATLAS Indonesia is looking for a Lead Purchasing Staff to join our team in Cilegon. As a Lead Purchasing Staff, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our purchasing processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of our production lines.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet production needs and cost targets.,Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies.,Monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements to prevent stockouts and overstocks.,Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.,Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities and prepare reports for management.,Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities and risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, supplier management, and inventory control.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
