Town Byte Lestari is seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees. You will work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure that our learning initiatives align with the company's strategic goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with the HR team to identify training needs and develop learning plans for individual employees and teams.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, and incorporate this knowledge into our programs.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.,Work with other departments to ensure that learning and development initiatives are integrated into the overall business strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing effective learning programs.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.,Experience in using learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.,Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.,Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
