📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily laboratory operations,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards,Train and mentor junior lab technicians,Conduct and document laboratory tests and experiments,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment,Manage laboratory inventory and supplies,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution,Provide technical support and troubleshooting for lab-related issues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory operations,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures,Experience in training and mentoring junior staff,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with laboratory software and equipment,Valid certification in laboratory safety and quality standards
