📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

• Conduct performance appraisals and provide training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.

• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to improve workforce productivity and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the mining or construction industry.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
