As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document preparation and orientation.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Support the HR manager in any additional projects or tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
