In this role, you will work closely with a diverse team of professionals, including foresters, agronomists, and operational staff, to implement and monitor our forestry plans. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the company's reputation for excellence in sustainable forestry, contributing to both environmental conservation and economic growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the industrial plantation forest, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability of the plantation.
• Manage and mentor a team of foresters, agronomists, and operational staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Utilize advanced software such as GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to monitor and analyze forestry data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and government agencies, to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
• Implement sustainable forestry practices, including reforestation, agroforestry, and biodiversity conservation.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of the plantation and recommend improvements.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all employees and stakeholders, implementing and enforcing safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial plantation forest management, with a proven track record of success.
• Certification in Sustainable Forestry Management (SFM) or similar relevant certifications.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with advanced forestry software and technologies, such as GIS and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
