In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our teller services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.,Handle cash transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.,Assist in the operation of ATMs and cash handling equipment.,Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer information.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Assist in the resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.,Collaborate with the branch manager and team to ensure efficient operations.,Perform other duties as assigned by the branch manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role.,Knowledge of banking products and services.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (spoken and written).,Computer literacy, including basic knowledge of banking software.,Must be able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
