📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.,Manage user accounts and access permissions to ensure data security and compliance.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the IT department.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the successful implementation of IT projects.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.,Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery testing to ensure data protection.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Experience with IT security and data protection measures.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
