📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Support the HR Director in strategic planning and HR initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
