📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and coordinate the distribution operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Manage a team of distributors, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that products are stocked according to schedule.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess distribution performance and address any issues.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of distribution activities and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Distribution Officer to develop and implement distribution strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.
  • Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.
  • Ability to travel extensively for business purposes.
