📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Manage and train a team of staff to maintain high standards of service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in inventory and stock control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
