📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to import and export transactions
• Provide timely and accurate information to international clients using English and Indonesian
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient import/export processes
• Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office for data management and reporting
• Monitor and follow up on import/export shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Assist in resolving any issues that may arise during import/export processes
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role in the import/export industry
• Strong communication skills in English and Indonesian
• Proficiency in using SAP and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Valid SIM (Indonesian ID card) and work permit for international clients
