In this role, you will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines to produce high-precision components. You will work closely with our design and engineering teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain CNC machines, including programming and troubleshooting.
• Create and optimize CNC programs using software such as FANUC, Siemens, or Heidenhain.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of machined components by adhering to strict quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to develop and improve machining processes.
• Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Train and mentor junior staff on the operation and programming of CNC machines.
• Document all machining processes and maintain a detailed record of machine performance and maintenance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the machining department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist or a related role in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with CNC programming and machine operation, preferably on FANUC, Siemens, or Heidenhain systems.
• Strong knowledge of machining principles, including materials, tolerances, and surface finishes.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Mastercam.
• Certification in CNC programming or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on precision and quality.
