📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.
  • Lead and motivate the branch team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage and develop customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed branch performance targets.
  • Represent the company at branch meetings, events, and other relevant activities.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
