📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Maintain and update financial records using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with branch managers to address any financial discrepancies or issues.
• Assist in the implementation of new financial processes and systems.
• Provide training and support to staff on financial procedures and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial auditing or a similar role.
• Certification in Accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and auditing standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
