📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Shop Assistant in managing the shop floor, including stocking, merchandising, and organizing products.,Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases, answering questions, and resolving any issues.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment, including cleaning shelves, floors, and other areas as needed.,Assist with the preparation of orders and deliveries, including packing and labeling products.,Keep accurate records of sales, stock levels, and other relevant information.,Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.,Assist with any other tasks as required by the Shop Assistant or management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Familiarity with basic computer skills, including data entry and spreadsheet software.,Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 10 kg (22 lbs) as needed.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
