📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
3. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
4. Train and mentor sales teams to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
5. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the logistics and distribution industry.
