Admin Acquisition Manager - Driver Acquisition & Operational Excellence

Our client, a dynamic player in the manufacturing, transportation, and logistics sector, is seeking a results-driven Admin Acquisition Manager to lead their driver acquisition efforts in Jakarta Selatan. As part of a growing team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless driver recruitment and retention.

In this role, you'll work closely with the acquisition team to develop and implement strategies that attract, onboard, and retain top-tier drivers. You'll leverage data analytics tools like Power BI and Tableau to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize acquisition processes. Daily, you'll engage with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute driver acquisition strategies to meet quarterly targets.
• Leverage data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) to track KPIs and optimize recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement onboarding programs for new drivers.
• Monitor driver retention rates and implement strategies to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the driver acquisition landscape.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and driver networks.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on acquisition performance and strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in driver acquisition and operational excellence, preferably in the manufacturing, transportation, or logistics industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing driver recruitment and retention initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and experience with HR software like SAP SuccessFactors or Workday is a plus.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
