📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and verify vendor invoices and payments using QuickBooks and SAP.
- Reconcile accounts payable to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on accounts payable activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Proficient in using QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards is a plus.
- English proficiency (both written and spoken) is required.
