📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the company's tax obligations, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.,Provide expert advice on tax planning and strategy to the finance team.,Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time.,Conduct tax audits and investigations, and ensure that all tax-related matters are properly documented and reported.,Represent the company in tax-related matters, including negotiations with tax authorities and legal proceedings.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure that the company's tax practices are in line with current requirements.,Provide training and guidance to junior tax staff on tax-related matters.,Monitor and analyze tax-related expenses and income, and identify opportunities for tax savings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proven track record of success in tax planning and compliance.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.,Possession of a valid tax practitioner license is a requirement.
