📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage sales transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Promote and sell products/services to meet sales targets.,Assist in inventory management and stock control.,Train and mentor junior sales staff.,Stay updated with market trends and industry developments.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.,Report on sales performance and provide insights for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of local market and customer preferences.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
