📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient running.,Manage the store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Prepare and submit accurate financial reports.
