📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their purchases, providing information about products and helping them make decisions.,Manage inventory, including stocking shelves, counting stock, and ordering new products as needed.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the shop, including restocking displays and maintaining a pleasant shopping environment.,Handle cash transactions, including processing payments, making change, and handling customer complaints.,Work with the sales team to promote products and special offers to customers.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.,Contribute to the overall success of the shop by working collaboratively with team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic computer skills, including the ability to use point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with inventory management and stock control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Ability to work both in the office and from home (hybrid work arrangement).
