As a Deputy Inventory Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Inventory Manager in maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records. Your responsibilities will include assisting with inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies, and collaborating with other departments to ensure timely and efficient stock management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and ensure accuracy of records.
• Reconcile discrepancies in inventory records and report findings to the Inventory Manager.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient stock management.
• Support the Inventory Manager in maintaining proper inventory control procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and data analysis.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance inventory management skills.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficient inventory operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a forklift (preferred).
